Whether you are 2 months or 2 years away from building your home it is never too early to start talking to us about your home. We actually prefer to have plenty of time to spend with you figuring out all the details in your home before we start to build

Land. Do you already have a lot or need to find one? We will meet with you at a lot you already own or spend the afternoon with you reviewing several lots that you are planning on purchasing. It is always best to talk with us or a qualified professional before purchasing your lot. We can often times point out things that you may have never thought of, which could cost you thousands in the future. We also have partnerships with some developers and can get you a discount on the lot price.

Home Design. We will start with your home design or ours.  We also can custom design a floor plan uniquely for you. Very rarely do we build the same house twice – we’ve found that two people are never alike and we think two homes should never be alike either.

Selections. This is where all those magazine pictures you have been saving become reality. During this process we will accompany you to design your cabinetry, pick out flooring, faucets, paint colors, etc. Our homes our unique and they require a lot of attention to detail.  Andrew and his wife Davene personally work with each client through the entire selection process.
