We tried to make it simple to contact us you can reach us via phone,
email, or chat with us directly from our website. Whether you are 2
months or 2 years away from building your home it is never too early to
start talking to us about your home. We actually prefer to have plenty
of time to spend with you figuring out all the details in your home
before we start to build.

Land.
Do you already have a lot or need to find one? We will meet with you at
a lot you already own or spend the afternoon with you reviewing several
lots that you are planning on purchasing. It is always best to talk
with us or a qualified professional before purchasing your lot. We can
often times point out things that you may have never thought of, which
could cost you thousands in the future. We also have partnerships with
some developers and can get you a discount on the lot price.

Home Design. We
will start with your home design or ours and custom design a floor plan
uniquely for you. Very rarely do we build the same house twice - we've
found that two people are never alike and we think two homes should
never be alike either. We usually like to spend several months on the
design of your home.

Selections.
This is where all those magzine pictures you have been saving become
reality. During this process our Interior Designer Julianna will
accompany you to design your cabinetry, pick out flooring, faucets,
paint colors, etc. Our homes our unique and they require a lot of
attention to detail, so without an on staff interior designer to put
all your ideas together it would be nearly impossible to reach the
level of customization our homes have.

Build it.
All the hardwork upfront pays off with you getting truly the best
design per square foot. With all the work we put into it upfront the
building process is truly the easiest part of this process. We will
custimize a schedule according to the size and level of detail of your
home. You can expect the building process to take 5 to 9 months
depending on your home. After you move in we and our contractors will
continue to assist you with our warranty and home maintenance program.
