We understand that most of our clients need
to sell their existing home before they build a new home. We are here
to help you.

Home Inspection.
In partnership with one of our preferred Real Estate agents we will
come out and evaluate your current home. We will not only give you a
realistic market analysis of what your home is worth, but we will also
make a list of cosmetic items in your home that need fixed and improved.

Stage It.
We will coordinate with our craftsmen to redecorate and repair the
items and you will only be charged our actual cost. For most homes
$2,500 to $5,000 make a dramatic difference in the ability to quickly
sell your home. (Retail value of these services would be $7,000 -
$10,000) We will reimburse you up to $5,000 of these costs off the
price of your Old World Classic New Home.

Market It. Our recommended Real
Estate partner will list and market your newly decorated home at the
correct price to sell quickly.

Temporary Housing.
We will provide to you temporary housing during the construction of
your home at no cost to you. (Currently
our temporary housing is all located in Canton)
