We will pre-select the best design choices for you so you only have to choose between 2 or 3 choices for each selection and of course if you want to go beyond those choices and pick something totally unique you can always do that. We combined our construction and design expertise to offer you high-end design at an affordable price. Often times when the design is outsourced the two teams don't communicate effectively which costs you more money and time. We re-engineered the home building process to work around good design. We specified points in the construction process to do detailed walkthroughs to ensure all the design elements are matching what you intended.
