Old World Classics, LLC* is a third generation family owned business. The seed for Old World Classics was planted back in 1965 when Eggeman Homes was started in Wayne County, Ohio. From the beginning the focus was on building finely detailed and crafted homes that use one of our areas greatest resources: Amish craftsmen. The Amish are some of the last true craftsmen left in the world and through the years we have built strong relations with the Amish which make it possible to build the unique details within our homes.

In 2001, Andrew Eggeman, the grandson of the founder, rebranded Eggeman Homes to Old World Classics to more closely reflect the style and quality that has characterized our homes from the beginning. In 2003, an interior designer was added on staff to further enhance the commitment to design for our clients. In 2009, together with Bob & Andy Leach the new Old World Classics, LLC was created. Melding the experience of the Eggeman team with Bob and Andy’s combined 46 years of experience in building over 1000 homes has positioned Old World Classics, LLC to leverage a wide range of building experience, expertise and tradition. With their added expertise Old World Classics, LLC is able to make great strides forward in making high-end design affordable.
